HT-60 Hydraulic Auger
The Bristol HT-60 Hydraulic Auger for Tractors is a solution developed by Bristol for use in tractors, combining robustness and ease of operation, providing economy and high productivity in soil drilling, ideal for the execution of piles with helical augers and construction of fences.
This Hydraulic Drilling Machine adopts a drilling tower system, which does not require the use of a crane and the cylindrical thrust “pull down” system. This solution is known as a rack guide or toothed rail that performs the functions of “pull down” and winch operation with the advantages of not significantly changing the center of gravity of its platform (chassis) and using only hydraulic force instead of the cardan shaft, preserving the engine.
Maintenance and Warranty
Produced in Brazil with the most advanced technology and manufactured under the strictest quality standards, it delivers robustness, durability and productivity at a good cost-benefit ratio, in addition to ease of maintenance and spare parts and a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Features
The HT-60 Auger drills up to 6m deep, in clayey, sandy, or rocky soils, using continuous auger drills from 150 to 500mm in diameter, with a reduction of 5.5:1, maximum rotation of 67 RPM and maximum torque of 5,365 Nm. Grease must be topped up every 200 hours of use.
How to use
It can be easily coupled to different types of tractors, with a hydraulic flow greater than 76-95 l/min, observing the guidelines and care for use indicated in the manual. The equipment already leaves the factory with the necessary adaptations for coupling to each type of tractor.
Recommendation
It is a versatile hydraulic equipment to be adapted to a tractor, which features speed and high performance for uses in civil construction and agribusiness, which require productivity and resistance, in any type of soil.

Compatible Augers
Bristol produces a wide range of drill bits and extensions for drilling, which are sized and designed according to the geological characteristics prevailing in the most different regions, as well as vary according to the type of service to be performed: micropiles, large foundations, electrification , etc.
| Type | Indicated | Height | Diameter |
|---|---|---|---|
| Simple Razor Auger | Soils with low levels of obstacles such as earthy, sandy and clayey. Tips and blades made of SAE 1070 carbon steel. | 2.000 mm | 150 a 500 mm |
| Claw Auger | Dense, embankment-like soils with small rocks or stones. Its cutting system is the same used in excavator shells. Consisting of the claw and the claw cover, they are produced in cast iron. | 2.000 mm | 150 a 500 mm |
| Furrower Auger | Hard, compacted soils. The Furrower reaches the ground before the razor, sheltering tears in the ground. Tips and razor and furrower are made of carbon steel SAE 1070. | 2.000 mm | 150 a 500 mm |
